Glen Group is actively recruiting for one experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our well-established and growing cleaning and facilities business. The role will cover schools and commercial contracts across the Burntwood Stoke on Trent, ST3 area.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services within educational and commercial settings, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience within a commercial grounds maintenance setting
- Leadership experience, including planning and organising workloads
- Experience working within educational environments
- Ability to pass an enhanced (advanced level) DBS check, or hold one issued within the last 2 years
- Strong communication skills, including customer and site liaison
- Understanding of safe working practices and risk management
