Glen Group are actively recruiting for a Permanent, Full-Time, Experienced & Driven Regional Accounts Manager to join a well-established and growing cleaning business in the Stoke-On-Trent, ST3 and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for supporting the Operations Director in delivering excellence across a large and rapidly expanding contract.
This is a pivotal role, with significant growth planned over the next 12 months, requiring a proactive leader who can manage change, scale, operations and maintain high service standards. You must be available to work Monday to Friday, for 40 hours per week, your hours will be flexible, mostly between the hours of 5am-9pm. The Rate of Pay for this position is £40,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in Cleaning Management within the Education and wider public sector, with a proven track record in mobilisation and change management. You will play a key role in onboarding new sites, embedding operational processes, and ensuring consistent delivery during a period of transformation & growth.
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will lead and develop a team of 8 Managers, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring compliance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to travel regularly across the region to support sites & teams.
