Glen Group are actively recruiting for a Permanent, Full-Time, Experienced & Driven Regional Cleaning Manager to join a well-established and growing cleaning business in the Nottingham and surrounding area's. You will be responsible for supporting the Regional Director in delivering excellence across a large and rapidly expanding contract.
This is a pivotal role, with significant growth planned over the next 12 months, requiring a proactive leader who can manage change, scale, operations and maintain high service standards. You must be available to work Monday to Friday, for 40 hours per week; your hours will be flexible, mostly between the hours of 5am-9pm. The Rate of Pay for this position is £40,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in Cleaning Management within the Education and wider public sector, with a proven track record in mobilisation and change management. You will play a key role in onboarding new sites, embedding operational processes, and ensuring consistent delivery during a period of transformation & growth.
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will lead and develop a team of 8 Managers, fostering high-performance culture while ensuring compliance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to travel regularly across the region to support sites & teams.
