You will be responsible for delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services within educational and commercial settings, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience within a commercial grounds maintenance setting
- Leadership experience, including planning and organising workloads
- Experience working within educational environments
- Ability to pass an enhanced (advanced level) DBS check, or hold one issued within the last 2 years
- Strong communication skills, including customer and site liaison
- Understanding of safe working practices and risk management
Desirable Skills & Qualifications:
- Sports line marking
- PA1 & PA6A certification
- Experience operating ride-on mowing machinery
- Competence using strimmers, hedge cutters, hand mowers, and hedge and shrub maintenance
- Experience with ride-on mowing equipment and general GM plant and machinery
- Full clean driving licence (C1 and/or C1E entitlement desirable but not essential)
