We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic ESG Manager to join our established Quality & Compliance Team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career or ready to take the next step who is ISO-aware and trained to Internal Auditor level in:
- ISO 9001 - Quality
- ISO 14001 - Environmental
- ISO 45001 - Occupational Health & Safety
You will gain hands-on experience supporting national contract mobilisations, audits, and continuous improvement across a wide geographical footprint.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and deliver ESG strategy, targets, and reporting.
- Monitor and reduce environmental impact (carbon, waste, energy, water).
- Ensure compliance with ESG, H&S, and environmental regulations (e.g. ISO standards, COSHH).
- Promote health & safety, wellbeing, and ethical working practices.
- Manage ESG risks and support audits and certifications.
- Engage with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to integrate ESG principles into operations and service delivery.
- Support the bid and tender process through the development of ESG content and participation in client presentations.
- Track ESG data and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- A confident and personable individual with strong client-facing skills.
- Flexible approach to national travel in line with business and client needs.
- Experience in ESG, sustainability, compliance, or H&S.
- Knowledge of UK regulations and ESG frameworks.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
- Ability to turn strategy into practical, operational delivery.
What We Offer
- Pay: £40,000.00 - £45,000.00 per year.
- Working Pattern: This is a hybrid role involving a mix of remote working, regular travel to sites and client presentations nationwide, office attendance in Bristol 1-2 days per week. Candidates should ideally live within an hour’s commute of Bristol.
