Glen Group is actively recruiting for a Permanent, Part‑time Cleaning Supervisor to join a well‑established and growing cleaning business in the Stafford ST17 area. You must be available to work Monday to Fridays, 15 hours per week, between the hours of 15:00‑18:00. The rate of pay for this position is £12.71 per hour. This is a hands‑on cleaning position and experience with supervising a large team of staff is a necessity. You must undergo an Enhanced DBS before you can begin working with us. Must be flexible with times and able to cover when holidays.
You will be responsible for cleaning your own section on the site, as well as supervising other employees & their areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to Customer/Site Team
- Follow all COSHH, H/S and colour coding
- Use of Timegate for actual pay
- Daily rectification of faults
- Cleaning a mix of areas thoroughly
- Supervising other employees & their areas
- Supervise everyone's areas to ensure all work is satisfactory
- Working with Site Management
- Warehouse cleaning
- Completing work schedules
- Complete daily sign‑off sheets
