Glen Group is actively recruiting for a Permanent, Full‑time, Experienced & Driven Regional Cleaning Manager to join a well‑established and growing cleaning business in Nottingham and the surrounding area.
The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in Cleaning Management within the Education and wider public sector, with a proven track record in mobilisation and change management. You will support the Regional Director in delivering excellence across a large and rapidly expanding contract, onboarding new sites, embedding operational processes, and ensuring consistent delivery during a period of transformation and growth.
Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Director in delivering excellence across a large and rapidly expanding contract.
- Lead and develop a team of eight managers to foster a high‑performance culture, ensuring compliance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Operate proactively and manage change, scaling operations and maintaining high service standards.
- Onboard new sites, embed operational processes, and ensure consistent delivery during transformation and growth.
- Travel regularly across the region to support sites and teams.
- Work Monday to Friday for 40 hours per week; hours are flexible between 5am and 9pm.
- Report directly to the Operations Director.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong expertise in Cleaning Management within the Education and wider public sector.
- Proven track record in mobilisation and change management.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience.
- Valid Driving Licence (required).
- Work must be performed in person.
Compensation
£40,000 per annum.
