The Role

As a Sales Administrator, you'll support the day-to-day running of the commercial function, ensuring customers receive an excellent experience while helping the wider team deliver efficient sales and operational processes.

Key responsibilities include

  • Sales Administration
  • Processing customer orders and updating information within SAP and online ordering systems.
  • Managing customer backorders and proactively chasing outstanding orders.
  • Producing warehouse pick lists to support daily dispatch activities.
  • Supporting online order fulfilment and coordinating deliveries.
