We’re looking to hire a CIPD Level 5 + HR professional / HR Manager who is ready to take ownership, challenge the status quo and help shape the next chapter of the people strategy. This is about more than simply HR operations. It’s about improving recruitment, retention, leadership capabilities, employee engagement and people development, while helping build the culture and HR delivery needed to support a business in significant growth phase.
