Commercial Manager – Automotive Aftermarket
We are seeking a driven and strategic Commercial Manager to lead and evolve the commercial operations within our fast-growing automotive aftermarket business. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire Commercial Department , including Product Development and Commercial Development .
As Commercial Manager , you will be the key link between departments—ensuring our product strategy is tightly aligned with business goals and market demands. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Technical, Marketing, and Purchasing teams to bring best-in-class products to market while enhancing customer experience and commercial performance.
This role would also be a good fit for an experienced Product Manager wanting to step up into a Commercial Manager position.
Salary – Up to £70K basic plus Bonus (up to £10K) + Pension – 20 days hols (plus BH 28 days) + Health Care (after qualifying period)
Ideal Location – Wiltshire – Swindon, Chippenham, Trowbridge, Salisbury
