Head of Sales & Channel – MRO Engineering & Industrial A newly created Business Development role with a real buzz factor – spearheading non-automotive sales channels for C-Class, Workshop Consumables across Engineering, Industrial, Rail, Food, Manufacturing, and any sector that has a need for MRO consumables. With a 98% first-pick rate across 20,000 + stocked items, customers partner up with this business as an extension of their own warehouse, handling high volume small value items and difficult to manage inventory. In short it\’s an end to end managed consumables solution for industry. UK Wide (Central/ Midlands) | £55k – £60k + Bonus + Car + Pension The Mission: Drive growth in non-automotive markets – opening doors with Engineering Supplies networks, Industrial Distributors, and MRO suppliers. This is all about developing new business and expanding the reach of a proven consumables programme, integrating modern IT / ERP solutions with traditionally acquired products. We\’re Looking For: A Sales Development leader or Business Development pro from Engineering Supplies or Industrial Distribution with MRO supply chain know-how. If you\’ve sold non-automotive Workshop Consumables before, that\’s a big plus.
