I am currently looking for a Field Sales Executive to join a market-leading company supplying specialist products into the automotive aftermarket. This opportunity would suit an experienced Field Sales Executive with aftermarket experience, or a successful field sales professional from another sector looking for a new challenge. This role is also an excellent next step for a high-performing Internal Sales or Telesales professional ready to progress their career into a field-based sales role.

Location: Dartford, Tonbridge, South East London, Redhill, Medway, Croydon, Brighton, Kingston upon Thames, Canterbury
Salary: £28K basic (OTE £38K) + Bonus + Company Car + 24 days Leave (inc BH 32 days total) + Pension + Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday (NO Weekends)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Visiting bodyshops, garages, and repair centres across your region
- Demonstrating cutting-edge refinishing, paint, and repair products
- Talking to technicians, bodyshop managers, and paint pros
- Promoting new lines and helping customers find the best solutions
- Building long-term relationships with fellow car enthusiasts
Who We’re Looking For:
- Someone with a strong interest in cars, car bodywork, or accident repair
- Ideally hands-on – maybe from a bodyshop or mechanical background
- Confident communicator who enjoys talking to people
- Sales experience is great, but not essential – we’ll train you!
- Full UK driving licence is essential
