Weâre looking for someone eager to learn, naturally analytical, and passionate about getting data right to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow quickly, gain handsâon experience with Anaplan, and build a strong foundation in systems, data and finance. You donât need to be a qualified accountant â you just need to understand the language of finance and be excited to learn more.
What Youâll Be Doing
- Supporting and developing our planning system, Anaplan, helping translate business needs into system logic
- Working closely with teams across the business to understand their requirements and turn them into accurate, reliable system inputs
- Ensuring data is complete, consistent and correct â because the right decisions depend on the right information
- Helping maintain and improve dashboards, models and reporting tools
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting cycles
- Learning how our systems connect, how our business works, and how data flows across the organisation
- Identifying opportunities to automate, streamline and improve processes
- Becoming a goâto person for system queries, data accuracy and continuous improvement
