What you’ll be doing
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of delivering and optimising our digital marketing plan. Your work will directly influence lead generation, campaign performance, and the effectiveness of our marketing spend. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving a company‑wide approach to enhancing marketing performance while embodying our values of Passion, Collaboration, and Respect
- Tracking, analysing, and reporting on all digital marketing activity, providing clear recommendations for improvement
- Monitoring website performance and advising on enhancements based on user behaviour, industry trends, and competitor insights
- Improving conversion rates across paid channels through A/B testing of messaging, creative, and targeting
- Working closely with media‑buying agencies to optimise budgets and campaign outcomes
- Reviewing portal performance and advising on strategy and spend
- Conducting monthly reviews of marketing activity and development performance to support lead and sales growth
- Evaluating competitor activity and identifying opportunities to strengthen our market position
- Partnering with our SEO agency to deliver annual strategies that improve website health, organic visibility, and keyword rankings
- Championing innovation by testing new tools, channels, and approaches
- Mentoring and supporting the Digital Marketing Assistant, helping them grow and manage their workload effectively
What success looks like
You’ll play a key role in delivering:
- High‑performing, well‑maintained websites with regular testing and updates
- Insight‑led recommendations for new products, channels, and campaign improvements
- Strong performance across all paid channels with effective budget utilisation
- Detailed competitor analysis and actionable insights
- An SEO strategy that delivers first‑page rankings for priority keywords
- Regularly refreshed PPC copy in collaboration with the National Marketing Manager
