Gleeson Homes have an exciting opportunity for a Divisional Marketing Manager to join our team. As our Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Marketing Director, the Sales Managers and the wider Marketing Team to lead the marketing function, by leading sales strategies & regional campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for Marketing professionals to join a fast growing, national home builder - shaping the future of the Gleeson brand, and leading up a highly talented team.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the Divisional Marketing function, by managing and offering guidance to the Marketing Coordinators, ensuring that regional and development marketing strategies are devised, executed, monitored, and evaluated.
- Ensure regional marketing activity across all digital and offline channels is brand compliant, targeted, and maximising ROI, by performing regular checks and organising audits with the Marketing Business Partners.
- Act as custodian of the Master Marketing Plan, liaising with Land, Sales, and BPs to gain insight of new developments, launches, existing activity and future campaign planning.
- Work alongside the Head of Digital Marketing and Communications Manager to plan and implement national campaigns, new buying schemes and tactical and seasonal messaging, as well as allocate budget to existing channels highlighted within the Marketing Toolkit.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to troubleshoot focus developments, ensuring that a practical marketing budget is allocated and that any associated campaigns, content, and copy is scheduled and targeted to gain maximum ROI.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience of digital marketing tools, including Google platforms and content management systems.
- Proficient communicator, including sound copywriting skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and design.
- 5 years+ experience within the housebuilding and/or construction industry.
- Experience in managing a remote team.
- Degree or CIM/IDM qualified.
- UK driving licence.
