# Design Assistant## Job Introduction**Join the Team that Builds Our Future.**Join a team who are **dynamic, supportive and enthusiastic**, who work collaboratively at all levels.We are seeking a Technical Administrator to assist with the creation and implementation of standard operating procedures and process, within the Group Technical Department. This is a highly collaborative role for a methodical and organized professional who wants to ensure project information is accurate and accessible for our teams.**Main Responsibilities**· Assist the Group Technical Department in developing and implementing document control systems· Document Control – Drawing and Project Information management ensuring Divisional teams have up to date project information via document control trackers· Ensure all design information is issued to the relevant stakeholders.· Maintain records of Type approval with NHBC, LABC and SBD.· Liaise with internal departments, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors as required.· Develop awareness of group procedure, implement and maintain.· Maintain Consultant Schedule / Pre-Qual documentation.· Coordinate & report R&S bond levels, BT & infrastructure rebates· Collation of contract documents.· Assist Group Technical Director & Design Manger in day-to-day project administration tasks as required· Data entry and uploads into our in-house document management system· Attendance at team meetings and taking meeting minutes· Manage the flow of drawings, documentation, and data within the organization**Requirements**· The role requires a reasonable technical knowledge base.
