Unique role as part of a collaborative team of tax experts offering advice to large accountancy practices and in-house finance & tax teams all over the UK.
Working from the comfort of your own home (100% remote basis) OR Hybrid from offices in either the East Midlands or London. This role is all advisory.
Suited to business / corporate tax advisors who have or want to move away from compliance and offer advice on a broad range of tax topics such as but not limited to:
- Shares
- CGT
- SDLT
- Group De mergers
- Group re-organisation
- Restructures
- PPR
- PRR
Responsibilities Include:
- Researching and advising on a range of tax matters for clients
- Preparing technical memorandums and correspondence on tax issues
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation
- Providing support to accountants and bookkeepers on client queries
About you:
- Demonstrable record of mixed tax advisory / consultancy
- Might be ATT, CTA qualified
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Ability to distil complex information clearly for clients
