As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic financial insight and commercial support to drive business performance. Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring the business makes informed, data-driven decisions. Support senior management in strategic decision-making by delivering key financial insights

Conduct detailed financial modelling to assess business performance and identify growth opportunities

Partner with non-financial stakeholders to provide clear and actionable financial advice

Monitor and report on key financial metrics to drive profitability and efficiency improvements

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

Proven experience in a commercial finance role, ideally within a large or complex organisation

Strong financial modelling and analysis skills

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and results-driven mindset

Previous experience working in a hybrid working model is desirable but not essential

Degree in accountancy, economics, business or a related field.
