What You'll Be Doing

  • Take full ownership of the budgeting and forecasting cycle, ensuring robust control, accuracy, and accountability across the business.
  • Shape the way management information is created, interpreted, and used across the business to drive performance and decision-making to support the commercial director.
  • Deliver clear, insightful MI that challenges assumptions and supports strategic and operational decisions.
  • Drive improvements in finance systems, tools, and reporting capabilities.
  • Champion strong financial governance, internal controls, and continuous process improvement.
  • Play a key role in wider business transformation, growth, and efficiency initiatives.

About You

  • ACA or ACCA qualified, ideally trained in practice with experience in industry.
  • Strong experience in FP&A, with deep ownership of budgeting and forecasting.
  • Technically strong, commercially aware, and comfortable operating hands-on.
  • Proven ability to improve financial controls, systems, and management information.
  • Confident communicator able to influence, challenge, and lead at senior levels.
  • Ambitious, with a clear desire to progress into a Finance Director role.
