Our client, a top leisure company is seeking a proactive Property Project Manager to oversee a wide range of property developments. This new role has been created to support ongoing business growth, involving the project management of both new properties and refurbishments., As the Property Project Manager, you’ll manage an extensive pipeline of property projects from concept to completion. You’ll collaborate with third-party suppliers and internal teams, ensuring all projects meet statutory compliance and business needs. Additionally, you’ll handle property-related requests from various departments, using your design skills with AutoCAD (training available if needed) to bring a variety of property projects to life., * Oversee the end-to-end management of property projects across the estate

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and project objectives

  • Use AutoCAD to produce designs for a diverse range of projects

  • Proven experience in construction and fit-out project management, ideally within commercial property

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is required
