About the Role

As a Credit Controller, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, focusing on early-stage debt (0-90 days). You'll play a key role in keeping cash flow strong while building positive, professional relationships with customers. This isn't just about chasing payments - it's about working smart, solving problems, and making a difference every day.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing your own portfolio of customer accounts
  • Proactively contacting customers to secure prompt payments
  • Building strong working relationships to make collections smoother and more effective
