Job Description
Leicester (Hybrid β 2 days on site + UK travel) Β£100,000 + car allowance & PHIGleeson are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a market-leading industrial business to appoint an Interim Financial Controller to support a high-growth, acquisition-heavy division.This is a hands-on, commercially focused role at the heart of a rapidly scaling part of the business, playing a key role in integrating newly acquired SMEs and driving performance across multiple sites.
The Role
Lead post-acquisition integration of newly acquired businesses across the UKReview balance sheets, revenue streams, and identify risks/opportunities to ensure financial stabilityPartner closely owners and operations to build clear, transparent P&L visibility and cost understandingSupport ongoing M&A activity, including an upcoming acquisitionProvide insight and challenge to senior stakeholders, including CEO-level queriesContribute to budget setting and strategic planningPresent findings and recommendations to board-level stakeholders
