We are delighted to be recruiting for an ongoing HR Temp Administrator role based in High Wycombe, offering £14 per hour, with an immediate start available for the right candidate for one of our multi-site clients, who have over 9,000 employees and are growing year on year. This position is initially being recruited to provide interim support within the HR team during a period of internal transition and maternity cover arrangements. While the current requirement is temporary, there is potential for the assignment to continue longer term depending on business needs and sign off and performance.
The HR Administrator role involves providing general HR administrative support to a busy and friendly, growing team. Duties will include:
- Handling incoming calls and emails
- Supporting employee queries
- General administration and data entry
- Assisting with HR workflows and coordination
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills
- Confident speaking on the phone and managing emails
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous HR experience is not essential - our client is happy to consider candidates from a range of backgrounds who are reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in an administrative environment.
