Gleeson Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting a national services organisation with the appointment of an Interim Commercial Finance Manager to deliver a critical piece of work around costing, pricing and management accounts. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys getting under the skin of a cost base and using financial insight to drive pricing decisions and operational efficiency.
Key focus areas of the Interim Commercial Finance Manager include:
- Full analysis of the cost base across a complex, multi-site service environment
- Calculation and review of core/base fees charged to residents
- Hands-on involvement in management accounts and month-end
- Cost analysis around staffing models, occupancy and vacancies
- Partnering with commercial and operational teams to drive efficiencies and improve income recovery
We’re looking for someone who:
- Qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA or QBE who is highly experienced in the relevant areas will be considered
- Has strong management accounts and month-end experience
- Brings solid commercial finance or cost accounting expertise
- Is confident partnering across finance, operations and commercial teams
- Can quickly add value in an interim assignment
- Has this experience within multi-site environments
