Gleeson Recruitment Group are working with a high growth, private equity backed international manufacturing group to hire a Senior Consolidation & Reporting Accountant into their Group Finance team. This is a high visibility role in a complex, global business where you'll play a critical part in delivering accurate consolidated results and supporting ongoing improvements in financial reporting.

The Opportunity

You'll be joining a collaborative Group Finance function, working closely with teams across multiple jurisdictions to ensure high quality, timely financial reporting. This role offers excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and the chance to contribute to enhancing processes in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and challenge financial submissions from international entities
  • Support the preparation of monthly and periodic consolidated results
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal reporting standards
  • Partner with global finance teams to resolve reporting queries
  • Contribute to improvements in reporting processes, systems, and controls
  • Provide clear and insightful financial commentary to stakeholders

About You

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Experience within a Group Finance or consolidation environment
  • Strong understanding of IFRS
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement
  • Experience with consolidation systems and ERP platforms is advantageous
