About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to develop their skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Working closely with the wider finance team, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting month-end processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Support month-end processes including accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Produce regular financial reports and analysis for internal stakeholders
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and support audit processes
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance function
- Provide ad-hoc financial support as required
Skills & Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and eager to grow within a dynamic finance team. You'll bring strong numerical skills, solid attention to detail, and a positive attitude towards learning.
Essential skills and experience:
- Part-qualified or actively studying AAT/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts role
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Strong Excel skills and ability to work with financial systems
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Experience within a similar management accounts support role
- Exposure to budgeting/forecasting processes
