An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Private Client solicitor to lead a well-established and highly regarded department at a respected regional law firm in Worcestershire.
This role is ideal for either a senior Private Client lawyer looking to step up into their first Head of Department position, or an experienced team leader seeking a new challenge within a supportive and people-focused firm.

You will take the lead of a small, experienced Private Client team that undertakes a broad range of good-quality, interesting work for a loyal client base. The Role
As Head of Private Client, you will:
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day running of the Private Client department
- Manage, mentor and support an experienced and capable team
