An exciting opportunity for a Data Quality Analyst to play a key role in improving Customer Experience through high-quality, trusted data. This role will focus on monitoring, analysing, and enhancing data quality across customer journeys, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness to support better insights and decision-making. Working closely with CX, Data, and Business teams, they will identify issues, track trends, and drive continuous improvement in how customer data is captured and used.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on Data Quality across customer data and CX touchpoints
- Identify data issues, root causes, and opportunities for improvement
- Support Data Governance and Data Stewardship initiatives
- Work with stakeholders to improve data capture, processes, and standards
- Deliver clear, actionable insights to enhance Customer Experience
What's Needed:
- Experience in Data Quality, Data Analysis, or similar roles
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with customer or CX-related data
- Ability to translate data issues into business impact
