We are looking for an experienced Regional Fleet & Compliance Manager to oversee fleet performance and transport compliance across multiple sites in the Midlands/North. You will ensure vehicles, drivers, and operations meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and legal compliance within a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee fleet maintenance, availability, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with O‑Licence undertakings, DVSA standards, and transport legislation.
- Conduct site audits, manage corrective actions, and lead incident investigations.
- Support and coach Transport Managers on compliance and best practice.
- Monitor tachograph data, vehicle defects, and maintenance control.
- Produce accurate compliance and fleet performance reports.
About You
- Strong experience in fleet and transport compliance within logistics.
- Excellent knowledge of transport legislation and DVSA requirements.
- Confident communicator able to support and influence multiple sites.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
