About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reducing aged debt
  • Contacting clients daily when payments are overdue
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve queries
  • Issuing court proceedings for unpaid debts and enforcing them
  • Preparing account breakdowns and statements
  • Handling receipts and posting items to ledgers
  • Supporting the wider accounts team during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

  • 2 years’ experience in credit control (professional services experience is a bonus!)
  • Previous experience issuing court proceedings is advantageous
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
