Utilities Administrator 📍 Lancashire | Full-time | Office-based 💼 £Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits We\’re partnering with one of the UK\’s largest commercial property companies, headquartered in Lancashire, and known for their forward-thinking and client-focused approach. With over 14 million sq. ft. of office, industrial, retail, and new build assets under management across the UK, the business operates through well-established Asset Management, Property Management, Facilities Management, and Projects teams. Their continued growth reflects a strong reputation for innovation, service excellence, and long-term portfolio strategy. The Role This is a varied, fast-paced administrative position suited to someone highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing data and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Track and input meter readings, energy usage and recharges Submit change of tenancies and help manage supplier transfers Liaise with energy providers, surveyors, and internal stakeholders Support tracking of EPC certificates and arrange new assessments Monitor energy data and contribute to sustainability reporting Raise POs and assist with utility invoice processing About You: Strong skills in Excel, Outlook, and Word (Power BI a bonus) Excellent attention to detail and time management Proactive and confident communicator across teams and third parties Previous experience in property, utilities or sustainability admin preferred Must hold a full UK driving licence Why Join?
