- Lead foundational people management training for managers, ensuring program completion before advancing to leadership training.
- Conduct "train the trainer" sessions to enhance the skills of managers and operational staff in delivering effective training.
- Audit training sessions across sites to ensure consistency and quality, addressing discrepancies promptly.
About You:
- Extensive experience in training and development, with a focus on compliance and people development.
- Proven ability to create training content and lead effective training programmes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A learning & development qualification at Level 3/ CIPD/ TAP (desirable).
- In depth knowledge of training compliance standards and regulation.
