About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially driven Territory Account Manager to own and grow revenue across the South East of England. This is a sales-first role, focused on pipeline creation, deal execution, and revenue delivery rather than day-to-day people management. You’ll be responsible for driving regional performance through direct selling, strategic account development, and scaling results via a network of freelance sales partners. Your primary responsibility is owning the number, winning new business, and accelerating SaaS adoption across a diverse SME landscape.
Role Responsibilities
- Own and deliver regional SaaS revenue targets across the South East
- Drive new customer acquisition, expansion, and multi-product SaaS sales
- Build, manage, and convert a high-quality sales pipeline
- Lead deal strategy on high-value and complex opportunities
- Enable freelance sales partners with strong commercial direction, deal support, and best-practice sales guidance
- Track pipeline, conversion rates, and performance metrics using CRM and KPIs
- Adapt sales strategy and messaging to different customer profiles and verticals
About You
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience selling a SaaS solution, with a proven track record against targets
- Strong background in B2B sales, ideally within fintech, payments, merchant services, or SME-focused technology
- Confident managing full sales cycles, from prospecting to close
- Commercially sharp, data-driven, and comfortable forecasting revenue
- Highly self-motivated and able to operate autonomously in a remote environment
Why Join?
- Focused role with clear ownership of a high-growth territory
- Opportunity to directly impact SaaS adoption across a commercially diverse region
- High level of autonomy with strong commercial accountability
- Collaborative, performance-driven culture with clear progression for top performers
- Ongoing learning, development, and career growth opportunities
