The Role

They're looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to lead and grow a high‑performing SDR team. You’ll play a key role in generating and qualifying pipeline for the sales organisation, driving performance, and embedding best practice across lead generation and prospecting.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs focused on outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Set targets and manage performance against KPIs and conversion metrics
  • Own and evolve SDR strategy, processes, and ways of working
  • Analyse pipeline and activity data to drive continuous improvement
