We're recruiting a Supply Chain Analyst to join a dynamic and growing consumer brand distribution business. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving forecasting accuracy, inventory optimisation, and end-to-end supply planning in a fast-paced, data-led environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts in collaboration with sales and marketing teams
- Monitor inventory levels across multiple channels to ensure optimal stock availability
- Support the planning and coordination of supply chain activities to meet customer demand
- Analyse supply chain data and trends to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making
- Assist with S&OP processes and ensure data integrity across systems
- Work cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, and commercial teams
Key Requirements:
- 1-3 years' experience in a supply chain, planning, or inventory analyst role (FMCG or consumer goods experience preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities (e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas - Power Query / Power BI a bonus)
- High attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude
- Ability to work with large datasets and draw meaningful insights
- Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP systems or forecasting tools is a plus
