A leading business based in Stafford are seeking an experienced, articulate and confident HR Advisor to join them on a full time, permanent basis. Working closely with a HR Manager and the wider team plus senior leaders of the business, the successful candidate will provide a true generalist support to the business and its employees ensuring a fair and compliance process for everyone. This office based role is focused on the full employee lifecycle including management of ER cases.
Day to day duties may include:
- Managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding
- Supporting managers with recruitment activities and hiring processes
- Providing practical HR guidance in line with company policies and employment law
- Maintaining people data, HR systems and reporting processes
- Assisting with absence management, performance issues and disciplinary procedures
- Identifying and implementing improvements to HR processes and systems
The successful HR Advisor will ideally be CIPD level 5 qualified or similar alongside have a proven track record as a HR Advisor/Generalist within a growing business, ideally from an operational focussed industry such as manufacturing, logistics or engineering. You will have strong employment law knowledge, be confident, articulate and happy to roll your sleeves up.
