This is an excellent opportunity for a Group Tax Manager to join an established in-house tax function. Working within a small team of experienced tax professionals, you will support the Group Head of Tax in managing all aspects of the organisation's tax affairs. The role provides exposure across a broad range of taxes, making it ideal for candidates with wide-ranging technical expertise and a proactive, hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review annual corporation tax computations, tax returns, and quarterly tax provisions
- Manage tax reporting under FRS 102, including group and entity-level tax provisions and financial statement disclosures
- Support the wider management of the organisation's tax position, including:
- Loss utilisation
- Corporate Interest Restriction
- Transfer pricing
- R&D claims
- Capital allowances
- Country-by-Country reporting
- Pillar 2 compliance
About You
You are a qualified tax or accounting professional (ACA, ACCA, CTA) with strong in-house tax experience and broad technical knowledge across corporate, indirect, and employment taxes. You thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment and bring:

Key Skills & Qualifications
- ACA, ACCA or CTA qualification (or equivalent)
