Our client, a vibrant and fast-growing business in the commercial fitout sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team based in the heart of Birmingham. Specialising in creating unique environments for work and entertainment, our client works across commercial, hospitality and leisure sectors with clients across the UK.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring efficient delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role requires a proactive leader who can motivate teams and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities Included
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, establishing clear and timely management strategies.
- Ensure efficient delivery of each project, managing timings, costs, constraints, and risks.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress and ensuring outstanding service.
- Generate contract plans, safety plans, method statements, and risk assessments for safe project delivery.
- Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, architects, and sub-contractors effectively.
Skills and Attributes
- Experience working closely with multi-disciplinary design and cost management teams.
- Proficient skills in MS Project (or equivalent) and Excel.
- Strong understanding of CDM Regulations and their requirements.
- Current, clean driving licence with the ability to travel nationally.
- Desired certifications include SMSTS, CSCS Black Card (or equivalent), and NVQ Level 7/Degree in a construction-related field.
