I am sourcing an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a forward-thinking business committed to creating an inclusive and effective workplace culture. This will be an initial 12 month FTC based in Birmingham with 2 days onsite. The client is looking to ideally have a start date of mid-June. You will play a key role in driving the people agenda, leading on organisational change, and embedding HR strategy across diverse business functions. You'll collaborate with HR specialists and People Services to deliver targeted initiatives that support both business growth and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Lead and manage organisational change initiatives.
- Utilise HR analytics to improve outcomes in areas such as attrition, DE&I, and performance.
- Support annual HR processes.
- Drive talent development and workforce planning strategies.
Experience Required:
- CIPD qualified.
- Strong generalist HRBP experience.
- Ideally you will have professional services background.
- Able to influence senior leadership.
- Proven ability to manage change and deliver strategic HR projects.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Commercially aware with excellent communication and analytical skills.
