Job Title: Import Freight Coordinator Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 +OTE Bonus / Commission Work Type : Hybrid Locations: Manchester Duties: Effectively manage service operations, supply information, and generate quotes for Air/ Sea & Road transportation Coordination of Freight movements via Air / Sea or Road Provide exceptional customer service across all transportation channels mainly ocean and Air. Oversee the entire shipment process to ensure precise and timely bookings. Expedite the processing of shipment information to prevent potential delays. Communicate with customers to provide tailored quotations based on their specific needs. Exhibit a thorough understanding of customs regulations, dangerous goods handling, and insurance procedures. Collaborate with customs brokers, furnishing them with accurate information for swift import clearance in compliance with regulatory requirements.
