The Opportunity
We\’re supporting a leading retail and consumer brand embarking on a business transformation programme aimed at simplifying and modernising their operations ahead of a future SAP S/4HANA migration.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on SAP Business Analyst to join at a pivotal stage helping to define and shape \”To-Be\” processes, streamline legacy systems, and standardise ways of working across the business.
You\’ll be working in a collaborative, transformation-focused environment where your ability to blend functional SAP knowledge with real-world business insight will make a tangible difference.
The Role
As SAP Business Analyst, you\’ll:
Analyse and document current (\”As-Is\”) business processes across key areas such as procure-to-pay and buying/merchandising.
Design and define the \”To-Be\” process landscape to support future operating models.
Work closely with functional leads and technical teams to streamline a heavily customised SAP ECC6 environment, reducing complexity and manual workarounds.
Support the transition from legacy, spreadsheet-driven processes towards a more standardised and efficient SAP-led model.
Contribute to the integration roadmap, enabling a shift from in-house systems to a cloud-based SaaS integration platform.About You
We\’re looking for someone who can operate confidently in a complex, fast-paced retail or FMCG environment, ideally with experience in:
SAP ECC6 (functional focus – procurement, supply chain, or merchandise management).
Business process design and mapping (As-Is / To-Be).
Driving simplification and standardisation initiatives within SAP.
Working within transformation or start-up-style settings where adaptability and problem-solving are key.You\’ll bring a balance of functional expertise, analytical skill, and commercial acumen with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and system capabilities.
