A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Leicestershire is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Team Leader to oversee and develop a small team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with management experience who enjoys combining fee-earning responsibilities with team leadership.

The Role

  • Lead, mentor and support a small team of conveyancing professionals.
  • Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
  • Drive team performance, ensuring excellent client service and compliance standards.
  • Assist with workflow management, training and the ongoing development of team members.
  • Work closely with senior management to contribute to the department's growth and success.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong background in residential conveyancing.
  • Previous people management or supervisory experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive approach with a passion for leading and developing others.
