Since 2011, we’ve grown into one of the UK’s largest independent recruitment agencies — and we’re just getting started. We’re now growing our Reading team and are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to help build and develop our presence across the region.

The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with clients and candidates to deliver tailored talent solutions. Our initial focus is financial recruitment, but we’d also love to speak with consultants from other specialisms who are excited by the opportunity to build a new discipline within an established, supportive business.

  • Building and developing strong client relationships
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
