Reading Finance is about to embark on a period of growth with new projects, events and marketing support planned for 2025. We’re looking for individuals who can take advantage of our infrastructure and grow a business with the support of our colleagues in Reading, London and the head office in Birmingham. This role will partner with one of our most experienced Directors and focuses on developing the thriving operational finance and part qualified market in the Thames Valley. With a mix of large corporates and growing SMEs, this is an excellent market in which to grow your business and develop your career.

In this fast-paced, high-energy position, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing top talent to delivering tailored solutions for our clients. You’ll proactively target new business opportunities, foster deep client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor in a competitive market. With your expertise, you’ll guide candidates to their dream roles while working closely with a team that values trust, transparency, and integrity.
