The Role
As a Commercial Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping financial insights that drive commercial decisions. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, you'll work closely with Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to deliver accurate reporting, pricing analysis, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Month-end reporting and flash updates
- Pricing and cost management across multiple product lines
- Budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis
- Building and maintaining financial models for pricing and cost tracking
- Developing new reports and improving existing processes
- Supporting commercial and marketing teams with ad-hoc analysis
- Acting as a key link with Supply Chain to measure forecast accuracy
Skills & Experience Required
- Part-qualified or newly qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in FMCG or consumer products environment
- Advanced Excel skills; SQL knowledge is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
- Commercial mindset with excellent communication skills
