Job Title: Quality Manager Locations: Devon Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding quality concerns, ensuring their requirements are understood and met. Assist with complaint resolution and identify root causes to implement corrective actions. Provide quality support to the Supply Chain Management team by collecting and analysing supplier quality data. Collaborate with suppliers to meet product and process quality standards.
