Role – Property Compliance CoordinatorLocation- Chester (Hybrid) Salary- £32k-£36k Your role as Property Compliance Coordinator This role is working for a well established hospitality client who are known for their family-like culture and company values. They are now seeking 2 x Property / Facilities Management Compliance Coordinators and you will report into the Senior Cost and Contract Manager.The HQ is based in Chester so although the role is hybrid, you will need to be in the office 2-3 days per week.Candidates with significant compliance knowledge and Ostara experience would be very well received. Your duties and responsibilities as Property Compliance Coordinator Reporting on the statutory compliance database within Ostara as required. Manage the interface with Ostara, the loading and audit of certification in the Property Management System. Specialist contractor monitoring and review in relation to agreed KPI’s & SLA’s Auditing and authorising quotations from compliance contractors. Working alongside, developing and coaching the Compliance Administrator and supporting them in their role. Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and statutory developments.
