Responsibilities Included
– Act as a key member of the leadership team, shaping strategy, growth plans, and operational investment.
– Provide leadership to functional heads, setting strategic priorities, KPIs, and frameworks for each function.
– Elevate the Managed Service offering to ensure it is proactive, value-adding, and commercially sustainable.
– Monitor key delivery KPIs such as client satisfaction, utilisation, and profitability.
– Implement scalable frameworks and processes to support growth and ensure compliance across all teams.
Skills and Attributes
– Proven senior operational leadership experience in a consulting, professional services, or tech delivery environment.
– Strong commercial acumen with a track record of improving margin and scaling revenue.

– Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (BC/CRM) or similar ERP/CRM delivery environments is advantageous.
