Are you an experienced HR Manager looking for a new opportunity within this newly created role?

Salary - £55-60k + Car Allowance + Benefits

Based on site 3 days per week, 2 days WFH. Location - Crick.

As HR Manager you will partner with central functions to advise and guide across the full employee life-cycle. This includes Engagement, Culture, Performance, supporting Succession as well as Employee Relations. Working with multiple stakeholders you will coach and develop capability within the management team.

Having partnered with Central functions/ Corporate functions previously you will enjoy working in a growing, successful business. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to build strong stakeholder relations and enjoy working in a busy environment.
