My client, a growing and forward‐thinking B2B organisation, is looking for an accomplished Marketing Director to lead their marketing function and accelerate demand generation, brand presence, and commercial performance. This is a key leadership role with the remit to shape strategy, elevate digital capability, and build a high‐performing team that supports ambitious growth plans.

Core priorities include:

  • Leading and optimising all marketing operations across the UK
  • Delivering a robust and scalable demand generation strategy
  • Strengthening digital marketing performance across key channels
  • Developing customer journeys that increase conversion and lifetime value
  • Shaping and executing a consistent brand strategy aligned to business goals
  • Creating compelling value propositions across products and services
  • Enhancing the MarTech stack (CRM, automation, analytics) to drive efficiency
  • Partnering closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Leadership

What we are looking for:

  • Deep expertise in digital lead generation, performance marketing, and GTM
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing activity to pipeline and revenue
  • Experience working in complex, fast‐paced organisations
  • Strong leadership capability with a hands‐on, pragmatic style
  • Ability to create strategy and execute it effectively

Must haves:

  • Extensive hands-on and strategic experience across Marketing, Brand and Digital
  • Extensive Senior Leadership experience (SLT/Exec level)
  • Extensive B2B experience - a product-service mix within an ARR model
  • M&A and brand migration experience
  • Experience working within a PE environment

Highly competitive package. West Midlands requirements for min 2 days per week.
